We don’t save any information in your cell phone. Your account is safe in our secured server. We recommend to change your

Can I send money to anywhere in the world?

You can currently send money to and within Cameroon and in the European union and vice versa. Soon in several other countries.
Money can be send to:

Can I withdraw money anywhere in the world?

You can withdraw money in all countries where we are represented.

 
Do I need a wallet to pick-up money?

No. For the pick-up money, currently only in Cameroon, you need your personal ID or passport and the code that you received from the sender. Then you go to one of our local partners https://www.safimoney.com/en/location-cash-deposit.

How do I make a cash pick-up if I live in Europe?

Currently to make a cash pick-up if you live in Europe, you make a transfer from your SafiMoney Wallet to your bank account that you have previously entered in your settings. This transfer is free of charge.

Why should I always fill out the purpose of a transaction?

In the case of bank transfer your SafiMoney Wallet is automatically assigned with the transfer amount based on the information written in the purpose field. Otherwise the update of your wallet will be delayed.

For other cases it helps you to always know the reason of your transfer.

What are the transactions fees?

The transaction fee depends on several parameters like the country, if the delivery service is national or international and if you are willing to pay the transfer fee for only sending and/or withdraw. Use the website to simulate your case for sending and receive money.

How does online payment work?

Any registered company can offer the online payment option to users.
The user will visit the website of the commercial platform of a partner where he wants to make a purchase,

  • He will choose the item (s) to buy
  • Select SafiMoney payment method
  • After his identification, if his account has at least the amount to spend
  • It will confirm the transfer, a  code PIN will be generated and sent to the user
  • The money will be reserved until he receives the item (s) ordered
  • He will give the PIN code to the seller who can confirm the transaction
How can I become a member of the community and benefit from the bonus program?
