What to include
Most questions are answered faster when the first message already has:
- The email address you signed in with
- Your device and OS version, for example iPhone 15 on iOS 18
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if it is something you can see
Never send us your banking password, card number, or a one time code. Safi
never asks for them, and nobody emailing you from Safi will either.
Getting your data out, or deleted
Your data belongs to you. Email us from the address on the account and ask
for either of the following. We will confirm when it is done.
-
A copy of your data. We send back what is stored
against your account in a machine readable file.
-
Deletion of your account. This removes your accounts,
transactions, budgets, goals and assistant history. It cannot be undone,
and it does not by itself cancel a subscription. See below.
Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Safi Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so we cannot see your
card, charge it, or issue a refund directly.
-
To cancel, use Settings on your device: on iOS your
name then Subscriptions, on Android the Play Store then Subscriptions.
Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves Pro active until the period
you already paid for ends.
-
For a refund, ask the store that charged you. Apple
handles requests at
reportaproblem.apple.com
and Google at
Play subscriptions.
-
If you paid and Pro did not turn on, that one is ours.
Email us and we will fix the entitlement.
Bank message sync
Safi reads the transaction alerts your bank already sends you. It never
asks for your banking login, so there is no credential to hand over. If a
message from your bank is not being read correctly, send us the format of
the message with the amounts and account numbers replaced by X, and we
will add support for it.
Security
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email
[SUPPORT EMAIL] with the details and
give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing. We will not
pursue you for reporting something in good faith.
