A subscription priced at ninety-nine a month is a thousand one hundred and eighty-eight a year, and nobody makes that multiplication at the moment of signing up. Safi shows both figures, because the yearly one is the one that changes your mind.
Everything sits in one list rather than scattered across the categories the individual charges landed in, so the total is a number you can look at rather than assemble.
Told before, not after
Your Dashboard carries a card of what is coming due in the next week, and you can close it until something changes. A reminder arrives three days before a payment is taken, which is enough time to cancel something you have stopped using.
Reminders ask first. Safi explains what a reminder is for before requesting permission, so you turn on the ones you want and none of the ones you do not.
It fills itself in
When bank message sync is on, a recurring charge arrives from your bank's own alert, categorized, on the day it is taken. A subscription tracker you have to maintain by hand goes stale the month you get busy, which is also the month you most needed it.

Can Safi cancel a subscription for me?
No. Safi is a record of your money, not a service that acts on your accounts. It tells you what is renewing and when, and cancelling is something you do with the provider.
How many can I track for free?
Three tracked subscriptions on the free tier, which is enough to find the two you had forgotten about. Pro removes the cap.
Do subscriptions count toward my budgets?
Yes. A recurring charge is a transaction in the category you filed it under, so it counts against that category's budget like anything else.
